Welcome to Shoreline Filmmakers! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered

Shoreline Filmmakers specializes in wedding videography and photography (Photography starting in 2028). We offer the following services:

• Engagement Films

• Wedding Films

• Elopement Films

• Wedding Highlight Films

2. Booking and Deposits

2.1 To secure your booking, a retainer of 20% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking.

2.2 The retainer is non-fundable. Unless booking is canceled by Shoreline Filmmakers then the retainer will be refunded. 

2.3 The balance of the payment is due seven days before the scheduled shoot date.

3. Payment

3.1 Payments can be made via Zelle, Apple Pay, or other approved payment methods.

3.2 If the final payment is not received by the due date, Shoreline Filmmakers reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

4.2 Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled shoot date will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Rescheduling

5.1 Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email.

5.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Delivery of Services

6.1 Shoreline Filmmakers will deliver the final edited video and/or photographs within the agreed-upon timeframe, typically within 60-120 days after the shoot date.

6.2 All final products will be delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

7. Rights and Usage

7.1 Shoreline Filmmakers retains the copyright to all images and videos produced. Clients are granted personal use.

7.2 Clients may share the images and videos on social media and personal websites with proper credit to Shoreline Filmmakers.

7.3 Commercial use of the images and videos is prohibited without prior written consent from Shoreline Filmmakers.

8. Liability

8.1 Shoreline Filmmakers will take the utmost care in providing high-quality services. However, in the event of equipment failure, theft, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

8.2 Shoreline Filmmakers is not liable for any damage or injury that occurs during the shoot.

9. Force Majeure

Shoreline Filmmakers is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Shoreline Filmmakers operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this state.
